Can I group my Saved Replies into folders?

Hey @zarina z 👋 we don't currently have the functionality to group Saved Replies into folders. A workaround that I'd suggest is one that we use internally within the Intercom support team - use the name of your saved replies to group them!
For example, if you have a group of saved replies around Billing, you'll begin the title of each one with Billing - (for example, Billing - How do I change my credit card?)
That way, when your teammates search "Billing" when selecting a saved reply, all saved replies associated with billing will be returned.
