When we try to send a picture on Instagram it doesn’t work anymore as it was working previously.
If the customer send to us it’s working very well but not in the other way.
It’s just red.

Just so people are aware this has been raised as a ticket to our developers I will update here once a fix has been made.

Can you please clarify how exactly the Instagram picture is sent? Post URL? Meta has an expiry date on it’s media URLs, so those can expire real quick.
