ive added the intercom chat widgte to my website, but it isnt appearing on the page. the website loads normally and ive checked that the intercom code in included. when i open the website link, the chat icon doent appear, is there a setting or url-related issue i should check?

So there are a few things that commonly cause the Messenger not to show up. First, check that you've added the correct workspace ID in the snippet and that it's placed just before the closing </body> tag. Then check your Messenger visibility settings in Intercom under Settings > Messenger > Messenger visibility, because if you have it set to show only to specific audiences or only to logged-in users, it won't appear for everyone. Also make sure any ad blocker or browser extension isn't hiding it, and try loading your site in an incognito window to rule that out.
