I’m using Slack notifications to notify my team if a Custom Action in my Workflows has failed. It’s currently not possible to add any custom text message when using Slack integration, but it would be extremely useful, so that we can encourage specific actions (e.g. check what’s wrong with the Custom Action).
At the moment, Slack message I get has a text that we cannot control (e.g. “Conversation X status has been changed to Closed”).
