We have hundreds of Custom Answers within our workspace, and it’s fairly challenging to search for them within Custom Answers menu, since there is no dedicated search field. At the moment we are limited to tagging and searching with Command + F for the name, but there is no way to search based on the Custom Answer content. This makes using Custom Answers unscalable for bigger teams, or forces us to use very strict naming conventions.

It would be great to be able to create custom folders (and sub folders) for custom answers that could be nested under Custom Answers menu in the UI to simplify content management

Hi @Aleksei O

Jennifer here from Intercom

I’ll let our Product Team know you’d like this feature implemented ☺️

I’d also recommend keeping an eye on the Product Changes page 📃

Thanks for letting me know @Jennifer K ! ☺️ If I may, I’d like to mention again that it would be fantastic to have a complete Patch note/Release notes in addition to Product Changes, where we could track e.g resolved bugs/minor changes to the product.

@Aleksei O No problem, we only have a public product facing roadmap which is subject to change which our Support team can provide access to if you write in via Messenger to them

I’m not so bothered about categorising custom answers, but 100% would need a search function fir custom answers.

There is already one for Workflows, which is a lifesaver, so simply a similar function for Custom Answers would suffice for myself and probably many others.

@Oliver Cook totally! It would also be great to be able to search both within the content of custom answers and by their name.
