There are words that shouldn’t and can’t be translated, like names of the products we sell.

For example we have sentance: We recommend you plugin Engine https://i.imgur.com/SHkcOQY.png

“Engine” can’t be translated, but when for example Spanish client communicates with us - he sees translated word https://i.imgur.com/fMNkjWM.png

Also, for example we have widget called “Dynamic Field” https://i.imgur.com/akrqvjA.png and it gets translated https://i.imgur.com/6E6V4Vi.png
It would be great if we can manually exclude such words, for example add slashes /Engine/ or something else.

My idea was merged into this, but we have a lot of product names that are being translated since they’re other english words, and this is pretty much a feature breaking thing we need. Can’t really use the Workflow translation that’s in beta without something like this.

That’s a great suggestion—being able to exclude specific words or phrases in AI-powered inbox translation would give users more control, especially when handling industry-specific terms or branded language. Custom translation filters could really enhance accuracy. For more insights on AI tools, language tech, and smart communication tips, wordslibrary.com offers valuable content worth checking out.
