I’d love to be able to react to mentions in conversations to acknowledge them, rather than needing to leave another reply, which just makes the thread harder to navigate later down the line

I think it would be also very helpful because it would make the conversation more readeable
We work essentially with notes for every cases and this feature would be perfect

This would be super helpful! Makes for quick and easy feedback/acknowledgments.

This would be incredibly helpful. We often receive comments, such as acknowledging something in the conversation, and we don’t need to reply to the message. Instead, we could react with an emoji to let the person know it has been received or acknowledged.  Please bring thissss

Can we get an update on this from Intercom? This and labeling what note is from WHO is such a basic feature of a messaging platform - it’s very hard to continue using your platform without these basic needs of an ITSM.

This is a simple yet critical way to streamlined the acknowledgement of notes. The way it works currently is just not ideal. Comment reactions with emojis or icons and potentially the option to see reply threads—that would do!

+1’ing this request, it’s a crucial way to show that a note has been seen, but not clutter tickets with an unnecessary ‘thanks’ or recognition of the ticket. 

Please can this be re-assessed in terms of priority. It feels like pretty standard behaviour, considering that many of us work in Slack too.

Message reactions are a common way to communicate across most chat applications, including Telegram. They are important for preserving the full context of a conversation.
