Ability to show videos in Fin chat

We currently have users requesting video tutorials. We’ve added a tutorials section to the Intercom help area, but right now it either just mentions the video or gives a number for the article. It would be a lot cleaner if Fin could also just show the video in the chat, or even link directly to the video itself without showing a number pointing to an overall article.
