Please add the ability to tag tickets within workflows. This will help automate more workflows without the need to manually tag or use the API.

    Adding some color to this. Right now we’ve got an integration with an external tool for WFM that is counting tracker tickets towards our productivity in a way that we cannot segment without the ability to add a tag. I would love to do this as part of a workflow. 

    We have this workflow option within Fintercom “When a ticket is created” but we do not have the ability to add a Tag. For us this would help us filter out the Tracker ticket from showing up in the WFM tool.
