Please add a date to Operator chats so we can easily see when a conversation with an Operator took place.
For example, we need to perform a monthly check and currently have no convenient way to determine when we last contacted an Operator. Being able to see the date of each Operator chat would make this much easier.
This could also be useful for other use cases where we need to track the history or frequency of Operator conversations.
