I think a “back” button would be very helpful for users. I find it when I’m going through product tours myself I can accidentally click next before finishing the sentence and don’t want to start over.

I'm afraid there isn't an option to add a 'back' button to product tours at the moment. However, I definitely see why that would be helpful so I've passed this along as a feature request to the product team 💡. We take input from our customers with great consideration when creating new features and refining our current solutions 🛠
In the meantime, we do offer the option to restart tours- which will take users back to Step 1 of the tour 👇
