Most of the teams in our company are fully remote and don’t want to be sat their desk wearing a headset all day in case a phone call comes in.
It would be great if there were options to set which output device is used for the ringer vs the call itself - for example setting the incoming call alert to come through the PC speaker and the call itself to come through the headset.
