Allow additional editing of text when updating articles using Operator

At the moment, when using Operator to update article content, it would be great to have the ability to be able to edit additional sections of the article. 

Often when reading through the change proposals, I spot additional elements that require small updates, but I have to deal with that separately afterwards in the article editor. Having the ability to make these additional changes within the existing flow in Operator would be ideal.
