Currently it is only possible to send videos from Trainn through FIN in a conversation. 

To make sure our customers get the full picture and all possible information, we would need to be able to embed the videos in our help articles as well.

Seconding this! We use Trainn for all our product videos and would love to embed them in help articles too, not just through FIN. Would be a great addition to the Help Center editor!

    Hi Intercom team - we're Trainn by Chargebee, the platform Hanne and Jaeden are referring to.

    We'd love to second this request. This has come up across several of our customers who use Intercom's Help Center - being able to embed Trainn videos directly in Intercom’s help articles would meaningfully improve the support experience they can offer their users.

    We have oEmbed support in place on our end, so the technical side is ready. Happy to share endpoint details if that helps.
