Allow for additional text formatting in conversations.

I am not sure about underlined text(I usually just make it bold for emphasis) or block quotes, but bulleted and numbered lists are available. 

To do so, you you need to start a new line, then do “1.” and then click space. It should automatically move the numbered list centered and once you type your first point, click enter and it should automatically do a second line with “2.”

Same thing for bulleted lists, except I your use the “-”. Once you start your new line, click “-” then space and it should center it with the bullet point in place of the “-”. Type your text and click enter to create a new bullet point. 

Thank you, Candyce. I was not aware of how to create those lists. Hopefully the underlining of text and block quote formatting is something Intercom can take into consideration.

To add to this I’ve had clients email me back saying “I’ve highlighted the text to be changed in <color>”.  The current inbox doesn’t show this formatting, but funnily enough this feature request text box does
