Currently, formatting tools available in Intercom macros/compose are limited
compared to those available for Articles.
Adding options such as bullet points, sub bullets, numbered lists, font colour changes, and other text formatting would significantly improve usability and flexibility in creating macros/composer. The text format in this section (create new topic) is even better than the article formatting bar.

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.
I would like also to be able to include Apps in Macro replies, we use Google Calendar and Nativeform, but these have to be added to the macro separately in the composer.

The lack of being able to indent bullets is really limiting that makes it much more difficult to advise clients of complex things
I’ve had clients respond using colored text which does not appear on our end. Please update to allow for this too.
I submitted a similar Feature Request as well. I really, really wish you could combine numbered and bulleted but you currently can’t without breaking numbering. Just wish I could copy and paste what I have on Notion over to Intercom but requires me to make many alterations to the bulleting and numbering (I just get rid of numbering because that’s where the main issue is, if only it allowed bulleting between numbers this wouldn’t be a problem but it is)
