Allow specific report sharing with teammates that do not have access report permissions

Currently it’s not possible to share specific reports with any teammate in the workspace regardless of their general reports access permissions.

For example, if you don’t want a team to have general reports access permissions but you want to create one custom report that they can view whenever they want, that isn’t possible.

It would be ideal if reports access could be managed similar to how Google Drive works, where managers can access an entire folder and viewing permission can be granted to specific team members for specific docs within that folder.

Hey Chelsea,

Could you not accomplish this by setting all of your “Workspace Access” for reports to “Restricted” for all of your reports, and then you have user-specific access permissions for every report then. So even though a user with the “Reports” access enabled, they will only see the reports that aren’t restricted, and that they’ve been granted access to manually.

Seems like it’d be a little bit of setup but a manageable workaround?
