Apologies if this has been posted before, but it'd be helpful if I could add metadata to articles in order to improve a reader's ability to find them via search. I'm thinking of spelling variants in particular, e.g., waitstep vs. wait step; role play vs. roleplay. I had hoped tags could be used for this purpose, but they don't appear to be crawled by Intercom's search engine. At the moment I have to intentionally account for all variants when I write or revise articles; not a huge deal, but it'd be better to not include misspellings just to help readers find what they're looking for. Better to let such data live in the background, as it were.

I think another way for Intercom to go about it would be to be less strict with the search queries. I have also noticed that some users don't get results in case of minor spelling errors. If the search included a wider net for search term variations, this would not be an issue. As with most searches, a user could just put the term in quotation marks if they need an exact match.

Yes! Lemmatization and prediction (i.e., "Did you mean...?") would be a big help for our end users!

Hello - this is a must have feature - in fact it is the main reason I have churned from Intercom at 2 different startups over the years. Not including metadata (properties) means going against all best practices in events Taxonomy. You can contact me at xavier@upflow.io if you have any questions
