Intercom is now translating the chat conversations and I love it. We can help our German customers quicker and better.
But the translation is only working on chat conversations. I would love to see that the translation also is doing e-mails.

We send a series of onboarding emails at signup, and we already pass each user's preferred language to Intercom via language_override. The missing piece for a great experience would be this: before sending an email, Intercom checks the recipient's language_override and, if it differs from the series' default language (English, in our case), automatically translates the email into the user's preferred language.
