Today, it is possible to easily translate content within conversations. However, the translation of Help Center articles is still not automated.

This limitation creates a significant workload, especially when managing multiple languages in the Help Center.

In the age of AI and given the rapid evolution of your tools, it feels surprising that automatic translation of Help Center content is not yet available. Introducing this feature would provide major benefits in terms of time savings, consistency, and overall efficiency.

Agree! The automatic translations from the default languages is badly needed

+100. This would be so useful and also for snippets and internal article types. For Help center articles, currently there’s the need to use external tools like Lokalise and export/import article translations. It’s a time and resource consuming process and Intercom is already half-way there with automated inbox translations.

With how much Intercom is pushing and developing Fin, it is insane that translating an article isn't even possible.

Intercom, you're falling way behind!

THIS!!!!!
Oh my god, yes, please, make it happen.
I mean, so many cool and out of the box things in Intercom, and this HC translation is like ancient 😂

Adding my vote. We handle multilingual KB content with fully manual translation — every article, every update, even small ones. It's already becoming a bottleneck, and that's only going to get worse as we expand into more languages. AI-assisted localization, even just change detection and incremental re-translation, would go a long way. Hope this makes the roadmap.

I agree. We handle multilingual Help Center (4 languages live, 3 more to come) and we have to use an external tool to do the translations

I completely agree. Today the workflow is time-intensive, especially since we translate our Help Center articles in 4 languages.

Agree, would be super useful for any type of content → we are hitting a contextual roadblock when Fin provides assistance in additional languages (Spanish for example in our case).

When replying in Spanish it refers to resources available in that language (these make maybe 10% of all our English content), however since it can match what the user is asking with some spanish content it then completely ignores any additional content we have in English elaborating on the topic. This causes inaccuracies and decreases the quality of our Spanish chats and managing the same scope of resources in multiple languages isn’t sustainable.
