Hey all!
I’m just wondering if there is any way to add custom author attributes in Intercom? I’d like to allow teammates to add in their preferred pronouns so that they can be added into email signatures as something like:
{{ message.author.pronoun }}I haven’t been able to find anything yet, let me know if this is possible at all, or if there is a workaround!

At the moment, Intercom does not support the ability to add custom attributes onto the author object. But I love this idea, I’m surprised we haven’t come across another request like this! I’ll definitely flag this with the team as a feature request. The workaround here would be to add the author’s pronouns in their name, which I know isn’t quite ideal.
