Custom colors in the Help Centre (Font, Call-outs)

From what I can tell, it doesn’t look like this was implemented. I can’t find how to change colors for type or callouts in an article.

I agree with you. It's great if have a custom color option in an article.

Agreed, this has not been implemented. Colors for the callouts are great, but it doesn’t address the font color request. Should this be re-submitted as a new request? 

I agree. This was a request for the ability to have text in colour, like this, not just call-outs.

This is the first system I’ve used that doesn’t have the option of colouring the text/headings/etc on Help pages.

I agree, this has not actually been implemented. There is no option for custom colors. For text, there’s still no alternative color option at all.

It does not look like this was ever implemented, even as of 2025. It seems the callout colors should have also included some sort of custom option, such as a color wheel or hex code input.

This has not been implemented. We are still not able to choose the color of callouts. I was looking forward to this feature, too.

I agree, being able to change the color for text, especially with your articles should be a feature. I do find it interesting that they have the ability to change text color on their community forums, but not for anything else.

It would be good to be able to set custom colours for Callouts - to be able to match brand colours.

Custom fonts are not working, despite following all instructions. They always default to times new roman.
