It would be great to have the flexibility and customization of making my product tours look more like my company brand than intercom's. A good bench is ProductFruits, that let's you define a CSS file that is loaded and will override their own CSS as you wish.
As a Engineer I understand that this is more of a technical feature, but it would be incredible to have.
