This would be really helpful for us! 

Specifically, we have a case in which we need to keep conversations in a specific inbox, but also separate conversations with a higher priority into a different view. Some of our team would really need to see this on mobile too while they are away from their keyboard

agree! Having custom or filtered views would make the mobile experience much smoother. Similar to how some game app views let users personalize dashboards or see stats that matter most, this feature would really improve usability.
