Customize Slack notifications

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.

Upvote for this, it would be great to have the ability to add the actual user message sent to Slack with the notification.

Having this would be so important! It allows much customization and automation. Just dropping a link to a conversation in Slack leaves users often lost a bit. And if you notify a channel in Slack, are then all users of that channel supposed to open first the Intercom conversation only to know it is not for them? 

The existing Slack feature should ideally be extended to support a custom message incl. dynamic placeholders. Similar to the workflow step “Message”, but for the Slack message.

This would be awesome to have. It would keep us out of Zapier and use the product more as well.
