Disable Keyboard Shortcuts

A toggle to disable keyboard shortcuts/hotkeys would be appreciated.

I have never once used the Send and Close shortcut on purpose, but since it’s just ctrl+shift+enter, and shift is located right below the enter button, it’s a shortcut I accidentally use all the time by just accidentally hitting both shift and enter at once when I try to send my message. With the setup in our account, this results in a CSAT request being automatically triggered in really inopportune moments, and I would really, really appreciate the ability to disable this shortcut specifically. I’d also like to be able to disable the layout shortcut, as that one has also never been used intentionally and can really make things difficult when the entire layout changes while I’m in the middle of a live conversation. 

Once again the send and close shortcut has caused me trouble. Please, please, PLEASE let me have the ability to disable unwanted keyboard shortcuts! My CSATs are being negatively and unjustifiably impacted by this feature which impacts my job security. I’m very frustrated. 

There should definitely be an option to disable the keyboard shortcuts. Some shortcuts are not user friendly at all, and their accidental use results in unexpected results/operations. Intercom team should prioritize this.
