Hi,

 

3 possible scenarios we see:

  1. Customer want to download an article as a PDF from the messanger
  2. Customer want to download an article from the Help Center as a PDF
  3. We would like to export articles from the Intercom Mgmt Interface and send to customers as a PDF/ bulk of PDFs.

    Hi Intercom, how is this ticket going? I feel like this feature is very obvious, should be there. Why I need to program an export through API? Logically we should be able to download an article inside Intercom at least, it would make things easier

    I would like to download both individual articles or a collection in PDF format for review purposes. I don’t have enough Intercom licenses available for reviewers. Now I have to individually copy/paste articles in sequence from Intercom to Google Docs so my subject matter experts can review the content.
