Hi, it would be really useful if we could edit internal notes in Tickets. Sometimes you need to add some information to it and the only way is to delete the old note and create a new note with full information.
Please, need this feature asap! Being able to edit notes helps keep updates with the team shorter and more concise instead of adding new notes or copy paste and deleting.
