Embed Arcade demo in Help Articles?

We use Arcade to record demos that we then share in our documentation. We appreciate how Intercom works, but currently, there is no way to embed an Arcade demo. We have been suggested to convert the demo into videos, but this would result in losing the interactive component of the demos.

Is it possible for Intercom to support Arcade embeds in the future?

At upmenu.com we also would like to embed https://www.arcade.software/ into Intercom help center.

Please add this integration.

Hello,
We’re very interested in moving forward with Intercom, but a key requirement for us is the ability to embed our Arcades directly into the Help Center. This integration is essential for delivering the interactive experience we want for our users.
We’re currently considering alternatives like GitBook, which support this functionality natively. If Intercom can support or suggest a workaround for embedding Arcades, we’d be eager to proceed.

We are also very keen to embed Arcade interactive videos within our Intercom Knowledge Articles. At the moment we are having to create this outside this space which is counteractive to both our platform & Intercom.

We already use Intercom for our knowledge base and support needs, but adding Arcade to the mix would be super beneficial for us. We are a company that has around 5K views per month on our help center articles. Using Arcade and Intercom would leverage our knowledge content better, thus creating more traffic.
