Exclude languages from AI Inbox Translation

Yes. I would love that too. Our biggest customer base is Dutch, so that's our default language. But now it is translating the English conversations to Dutch too. There is no need to translate English conversations in our case.

Same here. Where we supported German, English and Dutch natively in our team, so we only require translations from all languages apart of those 3. Our Dutch team was quite confused to reading known Dutch customers to suddenly start speaking English at first, and while translations are good, they’re not native quality just yet.

We are also a swedish company. We´d also suggest to make the real time translation a bit more dynamic.
Even though we are in Sweden, some of our agents are from other countries and don´t want the english messages to be translated to swedish.

Since we have swedish as default language in one of our workspaces all other languages like english conversations was translated to swedish. Even for our english speaking agents. 

And for the other workspace we need to have english set as default language, there all swedish messages was translated to enlish even though we speak swedish. A bit confusing!

As of now this is rules by the default language setting in the workspace.
Would be much more useful if this could be set per profile.

• Set default translation language (translate always to eg Swedish)
• Set languages you know (if I speak english and swedish do not translate conversations in these languages)
