We use a separate Knowledge Base system to create the articles to add to the Fin Content area/to power Fin’s answers.
While the bulk of these articles have been uploaded, we are needing to manually import the external content when new articles are created.
To help with this, it would be useful to be able to download and export the data of the existing content added to Fin, as we could then cross-reference this with the articles we have on in the other Knowledge Base database.

I checked this out, and while its good to know, but for this particular task this isn’t so helpful as it still doesn’t allow me to export the results and do an easy comparison
For instance, I need to continuingly scroll and expand results to see the full list. And if comparing to an excel file from our knowledge base, its hard to do a side by side comparison of which article is included.
Whereas, I could much more easily combine results from two spreadsheets, and review the stats from Intercom and our Knowledge base.
Currently, were I to do this with the existing functionality, it would be a very manual process, going back and forth between platforms.
