Hi,
I would like to suggest allowing custom audio alerts/notifications on intercom. Currently I feel only one of the options is loud enough to suitably grab my attention but it also happens to be quite piercing of a sound.
Would love it if we could supply our own audio files to be used or just a wider selection of alerts.

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.

I have partial hearing loss, and unfortunately, none of the current notification sounds are suitable for me. They’re too short and not distinguishable from other background noises happening around me. I would benefit greatly from an announcement, such as “New incoming conversation!” - any message that is a few seconds long, not just a blip.
