Fin can send images to users

I would love for Fin to be able to send users images as part of the conversation with them. We have lots of images in our help articles that are annotated screenshots of our tool. Oftentimes if I’m handling an easy conversation I’m able to just copy and paste the images from help articles to make it as easy as possible for a user to follow along. But Fin can just share the written version. While it is possible this might solve a user’s problem, it would level up the support Fin can provide so much more if it could also send these images to users.

    Fantastic idea - I hope it gets developed! Our help documents have lots of images in them and I have found that people have more success completing a task when they can see an example of what they need to do - which is why we include the images in our help docs.  If Fin is relying solely on the help documents to assist users, the fact that images can’t be shared with end users is a huge gap I’d love to see filled!
