It would really be great if macros could be orgnized in folders. Any plans for this functionality? Even the ability to tag macros would be really helpful.

Folders for Macros
I’ll add to that - having the folders enable specific macro settings (for example, macros in a “CS teams” folder will automatically be available to all and only CS teams, instead of choosing them manually)
Being able to organise macros in folders to enhance usability is a key feature. We are implementing Intercom and will have close to 200 macros when finished.
The proposed work around with naming and searching is not really sufficient and it becomes a trial and error to see if you have selected the correct macro.
Please implement this feature.
