Add the possibility to set the formality (pronouns, conjugation, etc.) of the AI Inbox Translations. Otherwise the feature is unusable in languages like German or Spanish, because it mixes up the formalities and/or uses a formality which doesn’t make sense. So in German for example I should be able to select a German (formal) and a German (informal) for translations.
I assume that this is something which many Intercom users will need. For us it’s high urgency.
