Give Operator Access to Macros

💡 It would be very helpful to give Operator access to macros and the ability to update multiple macros at the same time.

❌ This is a pain point as macros aren't searchable by words in the macro, only the title. The contents of macros also cannot be exported, so it’s very hard to identify when macros need updated.
