Could we add a way to prioritize guidance as essential versus conditional?
We have a large amount of guidance, but not all of it should carry the same weight. Some instructions, such as tone, disclosure, or key policy requirements, should apply consistently and effectively “must fire.” Others should only be used when relevant to the specific conversation.
Being able to label guidance by priority would help ensure critical instructions are followed reliably without forcing every piece of guidance into every response. It would also reduce conflicts, improve response quality, and make it easier to manage larger guidance sets as they grow.
