Help us make our Resolution Bot answers even better

  1. We have a lot of resolution bot answers (a few hundred) and the lack of search ability is a real problem. We are having to maintain a copy of all content in a separate system just to use for searching and maintaining content
  2. I haven't found any way to import or export resolution bot answers content.
  3. We need to be able to run & export reports for a given time period to understand trends. (id, tags, number of times presented, routed to team, resolved, and ratings)
  4. As we are creating our Resolution Bot answers, it would be nice to be able to link to another answer (like we can do with the new custom bot features). For example, if we have created several answers on a topic, would be nice to be able to offer options in the bot to link to one of the other answers if they didn't get their answer fully resolved. Currently we would have to duplicate the content inside each resolution bot answer, which is really hard to maintain.
  5. When we insert an article, please show us the article ID and user segmentation attached to that article so we can make sure we are inserting the correct article.
  6. It would be really nice to have a notes section that is visible only when editing the Res. Bot Answers. A place where we can document updates or note where we think changes need to be made.
  7. Give us the ability to tag, add notes, and organize the suggested answers. We currently have 1000 suggested answers, and the only option is to dismiss them. They change/update regularly so trying to manage this list and where we are on the progress of these is very difficult

I would love to hear from other users how they are solving these problems!

Thanks

We are in a very similar situation:

1- We keep a list of the answers in Asana, so that we can track: 1- supersedes / superseded relationships between answers (we want to keep the deprecated ones to be able to compare how the new one improved the stats, and also to be able to check the old conversations); 2- cumulative triggering after 1 year/1 month/1 week; next action (mainly, month to review the answer's results and tweak training); 3- who requested to create the answer; 4- multimedia included in answer (pdf, image, video); 5- Links (article in zendesk, our app, our homepage, intercom's article, intercom's product tour, external URL); 6- does the answer mention a time related event?; 7- does the training contain qualifiers?; 8- notes

2- More than importing/exporting content, it would be extremely useful to import/export training, specially since Intercom does not detect duplicated questions within/across answers. Also, being able to duplicate answers would turn out handy.

3- Totally in agreement. I just did that to find out monthly trends, by setting custom dates per each month and copyÇ/pasting the monthly figures into Excel. Not ideal.

4- Totally in agreement. Right now I'm only keeping the superseded/supersedes relationship in Asana.

5- We're just getting started with Intercom's articles, so nothing to contribute here.

6- Totally in agreement. Plus such notes should be searchable within Intercom. Right now I add such notes in Asana.

7- Again, we only recently started using the suggested answers, so nothing to contribute.

Looking forward to more comments!!!
