Huge plus one. I can’t tell you how many hours we spent after migrating articles automatically from Zendesk to have to set segmentation on every single article (what?!). Putting this on the collection level would not only speed up the migration process for new customers, but make sure that new articles getting published aren’t accidentally published without a segment.

It is possible to have collections with visibility for only specific users. If no article in a collection is visible to you then the collection will not be visible to you.If you restrict all the articles it will create a restricted collection.

Is there any plan for this feature? Would be a huge help!

Yes I’m still desperately waiting for this too. It’s an enoromous fear factor with some of these getting the visibility right. Managing other people to ensure that they have set the level right and having to set and check every one at the micro level is a nightmare to say the least. Almost tempted o go back to Freshdesk😣but not quite.

Is there any plan for this feature being implemented? Managing visibility for each article is extremely time-consuming. Even if this isn’t at the collection level, it would still be great to have in the Content page for a selected folder--- just like the already available option for Fin.

This would be very valuable and a big time saver. It would also ensure individual articles are not accidentally published with the the wrong audience segment and would save working through them all individually

it’s been 2+ years and we still don’t have a way to edit Audience efficiently.

i see that you can do bulk edit Fin Audience now. if we can have the same capability for Audience, that would help save so much time.

or at least allow that in the API?
