It would be great to have the ability to resize images in macros and the reply box.

This is important to our team as well. We often want to paint a clear picture for customers by capturing images from our tools or device settings.
The default size for these images takes up too much screen real estate most of the time. Editing in an external program is inefficient enough that we just avoid doing it at all when that would be necessary.
