It would be great to have an option to import articles into the Intercom Help Center, currently the sync/import option only allows Notion content to be imported as Internal Articles without the ability to convert these to Public Articles.
Due to the lack of ability to collaborate on article editing in Intercom, we’ve worked with consulting clients to build out their articles and go through the review process in Notion.
Ideally we’d be able to import these directly to Notion including creating Collections from the Notion database as well -- bonus if we could sync them so that updates in Notion would push as updated revisions in Intercom when set to a status like published.
Having this functionality without having to build something custom would be ideal especially since Intercom already has the Notion sync functionality.
