I need to improve search success for my customers who include typos or different spellings of words in their search.
In previous tools such as Zendesk it was possible to include hidden keywords (typos, alternate spellings, colloquial terms) that then improve the search results. So if a customer types wifi instead of WI-Fi they still find all of our related content. I have asked about this in the community several times with no success, so I am now suggesting an improvement to your search algorithm.
