I can see that the suggested replies have been improved a little and now include a ‘Thanks for reaching out’ in addition to the greeting line. It’s always set to the line immediately underneath it though, which isn’t how I compose my messages. I always put a space between these lines, so I can never use the auto composer.
Can this be updated to have a space between the lines?

Smart replies will show a commonly used greeting by the teammate in the composer (grayed out). The teammate can then choose to accept (by selecting Tab) or ignore (continue as you normally would) the suggested greeting.
At present the suggested greeting cannot be turned off or on. If a teammate doesn’t find the greeting useful they can simply ignore the greetings and continue typing on as normal. 👍
I will let our product team know you’d like the line spacing to be included too though 🤞

Got it, I always put a space between the two lines though, so I don’t know where it is learning this format from.
It would be good if you could fix the formatting to leave a space because I can’t ever use it in its current state 🥺
