I would like it when fin can use the previous conversations with the same customer and can continue with that same topic if needed. So the customer can ask follow up questions and Fin “remembers” that conversation with that customer.

Totally agree! Having contextual memory in Fin would be great. If Fin could remember past conversations and pick up where we left off, it would make a huge difference in how customers interact. It’d make things feel way more personalized, so follow-up questions just flow naturally. Plus, it would help the AI feel more in tune with what’s going on, making it easier for customers to engage in a more meaningful way instead of hoping they get an answer they are looking for.
