I have some customer that would like the option to make the chat window full screen for some conversation.

Thanks for this suggestion. I will let our Product Team know this is a feature you're eager for!
This would be great as we’ve had several customer ask for the same thing. While the “Expand window” option helps, being able to switch it to Full Screen would be a welcome addition.
