We are using Fin Sales Agent on our website, and the default floating text currently says “Need help?” (or the Swedish equivalent, as shown in the screenshot).
Since Fin is being used in a sales role, we would like the wording to better match a more sales-oriented and conversational tone.
It would be great if this text could either be customizable by us, or updated to something more suitable for sales interactions, for example:
- Have a question?
- Looking for something?
- Want to know more?
- Need help getting started?
Right now, “Need help?” feels more support-oriented than sales-focused.
