If you create a help article using Claude (MCP), you still have to manually create additional language versions. The MCP can’t do this for you, so it’s probably less work to create the help articles using Claude and then add them manually in Intercom.
It would be great if Claude could create the article in multiple languages directly; that would save some extra work.
