We’d like the ability to use a multi-select conversation attribute. At this time, there are only single-select attribute types for conversations.
Specifically, we use the list conversation attribute to track incidents associated with a conversation. If the conversation is involved in more than one incident, it’s not possible to select all of the incidents associated with the conversation. Instead, we have to choose a single incident, or create a condition for each incident option to allow for a secondary incident to be added.
