Multi-select option in list format - ticket attributes

When creating a new ticket form, you’re currently not able to set up attributes with a multi-select list field. I would like to create a list attribute and choose if I want this to be a multi or single select field. The only workaround currently is to create multiple fields which is not a great user experience and makes reporting cluttered and less straightforward.

This is something we could really use as well and would make it easier to support our customers in their requests

Our team would also benefit from the ability to multi-select values in an attribute for the List format type.

 

Our example is we are tracking areas of improvement for incident-type situations within 1 attribute. I would love the ability to multi-select for this: Agent coaching, Product performance, Product feature request, etc.

We're building an automated cancellation flow and need customers to select one or more features from a list. A boolean attribute for each feature makes the form extremely long and cluttered.

A multi-select attribute would solve this cleanly and open up a lot of automation possibilities beyond our use case.

We have a case where a ticket can relate to one or more product areas and this has been extremely limiting for us. At this point, we can only collect one of the product areas from users which means our reporting isn’t capturing the complete picture of what areas were actually affected. From those selections, we also need to drive subselections, so using “Topics” or other methods hasn’t fulfilled the use case in the way we need. Really limiting possibilities of how we can use tickets...

Allowing multi-select for list format would greatly improve the support ticket data collection for my team. In particular, so we can choose multiple product areas to which a ticket applies.
