Just adding a special request here :) There are times when we are taking bulk actions within our internal systems that need to be noted within the users account in intercom. it would be a huge help if operator would be able to add user notes to a group of users. having to search each user manually, then add each note (to sometimes 500 users!) can be incredibly time consuming.
